Necessary Documents for MIGRATION

Submit original registration certificate.

Photocopy of Final Semester / Year marksheet.

Migration Fee is Rs. 250/-, pay through SBI Collect of "West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education & Sill Development" i.e. "WBSCT AND VE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT".

Documents related to future study for which migration certificate is required (if applicable).

Format of application form to be submitted to Senior Administrative Officer Examination (SAO Exam).

The application form, complete in all respects, along with all enclosures should be submitted to the Council's Office at "Kolkata Karigori Bhavan", 2nd Floor, 110 S. N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013.

Necessary Documents for VERIFICATION

Application from company or Institute or any other establishment for verification with photocopy of final year / semester marksheet along with other document(s).

(a) Rs. 500/- for Statutory Body under State Govt. / Central Govt., (b) Rs. 1,000/- for Private Organisation, pay through SBI Collect of "West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education & Sill Development" i.e. "WBSCT AND VE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT". (c) Fee for Govt. of West Bengal / other State Govt. / Central Govt. is NIL

The application form, complete in all respects, along with all enclosures should be submitted to the Council's Office at "Karigori Bhavan", 4th Floor, Plot No. B-7, AA-III, New Town Rd, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700160.

Necessary Documents for DUPLICATION

Submit original General Diary (GD) lodged in Police Station.

Fee (per duplicate document) for Registration Certificate / Mark sheet / Proficiency Certificate / Pass Certificate / Admit Card etc. is Rs. 500/- per duplicate document, pay through SBI Collect of "West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education & Sill Development" i.e. "WBSCT AND VE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT".

Necessary Documents for TRANSCRIPT

Photocopy of 1st to 6th semester marksheet and certificate.

(a) Rs. 1,500/- for First Copy, (b) Rs. 300/- for each Additional Copy, pay through SBI Collect of "West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education & Sill Development" i.e. "WBSCT AND VE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT".

Format of application form to be submitted to Senior Administrative Officer Examination (SAO Exam).

Necessary Documents for CORRECTION

Photocopy of Madhyamik / Secondary Admit Card.

Correction Fee [per document] is Rs. 300/-, pay through SBI Collect of "West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education & Sill Development" i.e. "WBSCT AND VE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT". N.B.: Exempted for application wlthin 3 months after issuance of Registration Certificate from the Council.
